Gower Preserves

We are a small producer of artisan preserves – jams, chutneys, fruit vinegars – based on the glorious Gower Peninsula in South Wales

I have made preserves for family and friends for many years and many of my  recipes are  based on ones passed on through the generations

I am a self confessed dreamer and inventive cook!  I love to play with my food and create new flavour combinations. Most jams have a flavour twist –  I often use herbs from the garden or locally foraged in my creations – a little bit of this and a little bit of that seems to be my motto!
