In Italy, France, Slovenia, Ireland, England, Scotland to the USA and back home to Wales, Here Be Dragons pour out their unique brand of Wild Celtic Music with passion and feeling, bridging generations and cultures wherever they go.
Originally formed in London by Welsh ex-pat Mike Brooks, Here Be Dragons have been for some time a Cardiff based band. They recently released a 25th Anniversary edition of their debut album “Alcohol & Rain”. Since then they have released six others (“Celtic Bonding”, “Bright New Tomorrow”, “Gargling With Brains”, “The Year Of The Dragon”, “Gwlad!” and “Lockdown Dragons”.) They will shortly be releasing a new album “Old Ground”.
Their live shows have had crowds dancing and partying in festivals and venues across Europe and in the USA. They’ve played to many thousands of people around the world. Their largest crowd was 30,000 in Bologna.
