Røcky bees started in 2018 as a market stall selling patisserie created from locally foraged and sourced ingredients found in Pembrokeshire, south west Wales. Overtime the business has developed it’s offerings, having a more Nordic approach to dishes and baked goods.
You can expect unusual flavour combo Nordic treats that have been carefully designed to get your mind ticking. This year for me is all about preserving and sourcing locally grown/foraged fruit, vegetables and herbs to use in my products.
Røcky Bees patisserie are mini desserts rather than cakes, to be enjoyed as part of your hygge time. Solo or with friends and/or family 🙂
